CAUTION: To avoid damage to the laptop, use only the battery designed for this

particular Alienware laptop. Do not use batteries designed for other Alienware or Dell

laptops.

To remove the battery pack:

Follow the instructions in “Before You Begin” on page 1. 66.

Shut down the laptop and turn it over.2.

Loosen the two captive screws that secure the base cover to the computer base.3.
